MIBR moved WOOD7 to the bench

The 26-year-old in-game leader, Adriano "⁠WOOD7⁠" Cerato finds himself on the sidelines after MIBR's Major run came to an end. There has been no announcement of any replacement yet but it has been considered that Breno "⁠brnz4n⁠" Poletto is expected to join as the fifth. Coach Renato "⁠nak⁠" Nakano said that a new tactical system is being created with the team needing a higher impact AWP as the reason for WOOD7’s removal. 

WOOD7 made his appearance for the squad in October of 2021 where he replaced the former in-game leader and AWPer Gustavo "⁠yel⁠" Knittel alongside Matheus "⁠Tuurtle⁠" Anhaia. In this lineup, MIBR was seen dominating North America and went on to win the ESL Challenger League North America Season 40. They dropped only 2 maps and qualified for the PGL Antwerp Major 3-0 from the Americas RMR.
