Rare Atom clinched a spot in the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown

Rare Atom clinched a spot in the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown by winning the 5E Arena Asia Cup Fall over TYLOO. This victory was especially sweet for Andrew "kaze" Khong, who triumphed 2-1 against his former team in his debut tournament after rejoining Rare Atom. The team's youngest players, 20-year-old Yihang "AhaNg" Li and 24-year-old Junhao "ChildKing" Peng, were standout performers, averaging ratings of 1.41 and 1.29, respectively, over seven maps.

Their impressive run included dominant best-of-one victories over CatEvil and The MongolZ in the group stage and a comeback win against Alter Ego on Ancient to secure a spot in the qualifier final against TYLOO. In the decisive match, Rare Atom nearly let a 10-4 lead slip on their Anubis pick but managed to halt TYLOO's comeback. They then dominated on Inferno, winning 13-3 to secure their Showdown spot.
