Valve has rolled out a small update to Counter-Strike 2, replacing MIBR rifler Lucas "Lucaozy" Neves’s Major sticker with that of Breno "brnz4n" Poletto, adhering to their rules for in-game items tied to substitute players. Similar changes have been made for other substitutes like Andreas "aNdu" Maasing, Aurélien "afro" Drapier, and Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy, aligning with Valve's policy discouraging late roster changes.
The update also tweaks the new damage prediction system, ensuring unconfirmed predictions are now reverted. Additionally, adjustments have been made to four off-duty maps, with Overpass receiving the most notable change. The Heaven area now restricts the view from the bottom of Bank down to B, impacting gameplay strategies. These updates reflect Valve’s ongoing commitment to refining both the game mechanics and its competitive framework.
