The Spectator Bug investigation is still underway ESIC to release more findings

The esports watchdog group will be releasing a final report on the incident soon, the report was due by the end of Oct but was delayed. The Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) has taken their time to reveal the final finding for the use of spectator bug in competitive Counter-Strike matches. They have faced unforeseen complexities and could not complete their findings as planned. The historical investigation was launched on September 4, sometime after the scandal came to light. In the first phase, ECIS had handed punishment ranging from 3.75 to 36 months to a total of 37 coaches which includes the likes of Slaava "Twista" Räsänen, Nicholas "guerri" Nogueira, Robert "RobbaN" Dahlström, Nicolai "HUNDEN" Petersen, and Allan "Rejin" Petersen. The punishment led to some coaches being replaced and others were asked to take up a different role.
