Triumph and Third Impact book a berth in DreamHack Open June North America

Triumph and Third Impact completes the list of teams who would be competing in the  DreamHack Open June North America,  which will start on June 29 and go on till July 3. The teams earned the last two spots by advancing through the closed qualifier for the $70,000 event. The tournament would also assign points for the ESL Pro Tour circuit on offer. Triumph took down Triton, Mythic, and X13 in the double-elimination closed qualifier bracket, in the last match Triumph played with Omar "⁠3ARK00Z⁠" Elyyan.

Third Impact even after losing their opening match fought hard to win against Mythic and GGPR, found a default win as well over ChocoCheck, and lastly took down X13 in the consolidation final. Both the teams would now compete with paiN, Extra Salt, and O PLANO in the four-team, single-elimination playoff bracket, which would then change to a best-of-five grand final.
