Wilton "⁠zews⁠" Prado and Evil Geniuses part ways

Evil Geniuses’ coach Wilton "⁠zews⁠" Prado would not be serving as the team’s coach after both the parties decided to part ways over differences of opinion. The Summer Split is right around the corner and he would not be coaching the team in the upcoming tournament. Zews has been with the team since April 2020 and led the team to three regional titles during his first four months but after October they ran into unforeseen problems where they could not participate in BLAST Premier Fall Showdown and IEM Global Challenge.

In the last two months they have let go Ethan "⁠Ethan⁠" Arnold, and signed ex-Complexity player Owen "⁠oBo⁠" Schlatter, a few weeks later they replaced Tarik "⁠tarik⁠" Celik with Michał "⁠MICHU⁠" Müller but still they could not improve their performance and exited FunSpark ULTI Europe Final and cs_summit 8, with zero wins. They will now participate in IEM Summer,  BLAST Premier Spring Final, and the IEM Cologne 2021 Play-In as well.
