G2 has confirmed that François "AMANEK" Delaunay would be their supporter in their semi-final match against Natus Vincere. Following the revelation that Rémy "XTQZZZ" Quoniam had tested positive for COVID and would miss the playoffs, the benched player steps in. In their first arena match versus Virtus.pro, the team's manager, Jérôme "NiaK" Sudries, stood behind them in place of the former Vitality captain.

AMANEK has been called upon for reasons other than the coaching position. G2 opted to take this precaution after teams like FaZe and Natus Vincere were afflicted by positive COVID testing during the event.
