Faker is on the verge of achieving another incredible milestone in his League of Legends career after locking in his 78th unique champion, Smolder, during T1’s 2024 Summer LCK playoffs series against KT Rolster. This new pick helped T1 secure a 3-1 victory to advance to the next round. With over 160 champions in League of Legends, Faker is just a few unique picks away from having played half the entire roster in professional play. 

While Smolder is only a small addition to his vast champion pool, it highlights Faker’s versatility over a decade-long career. His most-played champion remains Azir, with over 180 games and a 68 percent win rate, followed by Orianna and Ryze. Notably, despite his proficiency with Azir, Faker does not have a Worlds-winning skin with the champion; the SKT Azir skin was given to sub-Easyhoon for the 2016 World Championship.
