If this truly is the end, they went out with a bang

One team advanced onto Spring Split redemption in the inaugural 2023 LCS Championship lower bracket series, while the other team could be bidding farewell to the North American professional League of Legends scene. Dignitas defeated TSM after five games in which both League teams gave all they had to keep their hopes of reaching the finals alive. They will now continue their lower-bracket run into the next week.

The first team to be ousted from the LCS Championship bracket is TSM, who made sure Dignitas wouldn't go past lightly. This was probably the last time fans would see this organisation on the LCS stage. The CEO of TSM, Andy Dinh, revealed the organisation will be leaving the North American League scene in favour of furthering its endeavours in another tier-one area this past May, following the dissemination of rumours surrounding the future of TSM as part of the LCS.
