A major injury blow to Man United

Erik ten Hag's difficulties at Manchester United continue, as he will be without one of his key players for the next four weeks. Manchester United have revealed that Casemiro would be sidelined for 'several weeks' after hurting his hamstring against Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup. The Brazilian started the 3-0 loss at Old Trafford on Wednesday night but was forced to leave at halftime due to an injury.

'Casemiro will be sidelined for many weeks owing to a hamstring injury suffered during our Carabao Cup defeat to Newcastle United on Wednesday,' the club said in a statement. This injury will keep him out of games against Fulham, FC Copenhagen, and Luton Town before the international break in November. It is also possible that the midfielder may miss Manchester United's trip to St James' Park in early December.
