OGC Nice manager Francesco Farioli responds to Ajax links

Le Gym’s start-of-season form allowed them to challenge PSG. There has since been a considerable downturn and Farioli has been challenged with his tactical ideals even coming into question. However, that has done little to dent his reputation as one of the most promising managers in Europe.

As reported by Telegraaf, Ajax, who are in the market for a replacement for interim manager John van’t Schip, have identified Farioli as a potential successor, whilst the Nice manager has also been linked with the jobs at AC Milan and Napoli. After just one season, which has had its ups and downs but could yet end with Les Aiglons securing European football next season, Farioli is being linked with a departure.

The Italian manager has now responded. “I will tell you about my week,” began Farioli in a press conference, talking about an anecdote regarding his commitment to the Ligue 1 club.
