Atalanta is still hopeful after loss to Real Madrid

UEFA Champions League sees no heavy thrashing on the side of the goal but at least we have avoided draws so far in the round of 16. Real Madrid rose to a 1-0 win over Atalanta which was their first leg. Los Blancos earned their win against Atalanta after having their key players like Sergio Ramos and Karim Benzema out of the field.

The first red card came in the first half and Los Blancos benefited from it by pushing in a goal that saw them take a lead over the Italian side. Atalanta usually takes its chances on the goal but the unfair red card saw to it that they did not take any chances and their last years’ four-goal rout against Valencia was an indicator of their real talent and they did qualify for the quarterfinals after that.
