Injury updates for Arsenal before of their matchup with Chelsea

Just four days remain till Arsenal returns to play. The much-anticipated Premier League London Derby pits the Gunners against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Last time out, a late Gabriel Martinelli goal helped Mikel Arteta's team upset championship rivals Manchester City 1-0. Leandro Trossard did, however, sustain an injury during the match, prompting him to be replaced by Martinelli at halftime.

Due to a personal injury, star winger Bukayo Saka also missed that match, while William Saliba was compelled to withdraw from France's team before the current international break. Saka’s return date remains unknown as he deals with Hamstring and thigh injury. Before the international break, Thomas Partey made a comeback after missing time with a groin injury. The 30-year-old was a substitute against Man City before being selected for Ghana's starting lineup against Mexico on Sunday. William Saliba is expected to be back in the lineup for Chelsea’s match while the fans would have to wait to see Leandro Trossard and Jurrien Timber in action again.
