Qatar Sports Investments officially confirmed the full purchase of Belgian second division club KAS Eupen. This transaction formalizes absolute ownership for Paris Saint Germain's owners, following their initial takeover of the team's sporting operations back in December 2025.
The powerful investment group has collaborated closely with Eupen to establish robust foundations for future commercial and athletic advancement. The Belgian outfit previously spent eight seasons in the top flight before suffering relegation in May 2024.
While Qatar's Aspire Academy has influenced Eupen since 2012 to develop young talents, this direct corporate acquisition expands QSI's growing European football portfolio. Under the leadership of Nasser El Khelaifi, the powerhouse group already holds a minority stake in Portuguese club Braga alongside their flagship club Paris Saint Germain.
