The 2005‑born Ivorian winger remains highly valued by Leipzig, even as Real Madrid continue to monitor the situation closely.

Some outlets claimed Diomandé had already reached a contract understanding with the Spanish giants, but Leipzig insist the decisive step — an agreement between clubs — is still missing. The stance also untruly appears to counter recent reports from Fabrizio Romano. While Leipzig were initially intent on keeping the player, the door to a transfer now seems more open than in June. Diomandé’s switch to Roc Nation as his agency is not expected to complicate matters. His future remains undecided, with Real still firmly in the race.
