Paris Saint Germain signs French defender Nordi Mukiele from RB Leipzig on a five-year agreement. The French champions made the official announcement on Tuesday.
The versatile player joined Leipzig in 2018 moving away from Ligue 1 rivals Montpellier. The organization did not offer a lot of details regarding the move but many reports suggest he signed a €16 million contract with the Ligue 1 side and it includes add-ons as well. The twenty-four-year-old would stay put in France till 2027 now. The native of Montreuil, made 146 appearances for Leipzig across competitions and helped the side with their Champions League semi-finals appearance in 2020, and even lifted the German Cup this year with the side. Mukiele would now be seen in action with PSG as they take on Clermont Foot on Aug. 6.
