UEFA confirms referees for European finals

UEFA has finalised the refereeing teams for this season’s European finals, confirming appointments for the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League. German referee Daniel Siebert will take charge of the Champions League decider between PSG and Arsenal on 30 May at Budapest’s Puskas Arena. He will be supported by compatriots Jan Seidel and Rafael Foltyn on the lines, with Sandro Schärer as fourth official and Bastian Dankert and Robert Schroder leading VAR operations. Spain’s Carlos del Cerro and Guadalupe Porras complete the crew.

For the Europa League final between Freiburg and Aston Villa on 20 May in Istanbul, Frenchman François Letexier has been selected, assisted by Cyril Mugnier and Mehdi Rahmouni. Alejandro Hernández Hernández acts as fourth official, while Jérôme Brisard heads the VAR team.

Italy’s Maurizio Mariani will oversee the Conference League final between Crystal Palace and Rayo Vallecano on 27 May in Leipzig, supported by an all‑Italian officiating group and Croatia’s Ivan Bebek in VAR support.
