New Orleans Pelicans lost a winning game during the night after leading all the way to the end but lost to a last-minute overtime shot as Indiana Pacers snatched a victory from Pelicans hands and turned the game upside down to end 118-116. In a matter of minutes, Pelicans were leading in the fourth quarter 106-100 when Victor Oladipo was called to serve his team with a 3-pointer. JJ Redick and Lonzo Ball fumbled with the ball and taking advantage of this Myles Turner scored three points that ended the match in a tie.
The extra time saw much the same with Steven Adams and Lonzo Ball scoring to end at 116-116 and 25.5 seconds left on the clock and then came the bang with Malcolm Brogdon handing Pacers the win with a floater. Pelicans will now host OKC on Wednesday, who also recently lost to Miami.
