The Trail Blazers had trailed by 18 points going into the fourth quarter. In addition to his 18 points and 12 rebounds, Jabari Walker also contributed to the Blazers' triumph, which gave them their second straight win against the Grizzlies after they had ended a nine-game losing run Friday 122-92 at Memphis.
