Boston Celtics thrashed Miami Heat in Game 2

Boston Celtics outscored their opponents, the Miami Heat in a thrilling match in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals series with a 127-102 victory. Jayson Tatum secured 27 points for the Celtics. While Marcus Smart and Al Horford returned back to the team after missing the Game 1, the Celtics had transformed into a stronger team. There was a huge contribution throughout the line-up as Tatum led the team. 

Smart scored 24 points, 9 rebounds, and 12 assists. Jaylen Brown added 24 points including 12 from the 3-point range. Grant Williams added 19 points from the bench. Jimmy Butler led Miami with 29 points but only three other Heat players managed to make double figures. Ime Udoka, Boston Celtic’s coach said the return of Smart and Horford had been decisive.
