Clippers 117-106 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies

December saw the Clippers have the best record in the Western Conference at 11-2. In addition to his 15 points and a career-high 20 rebounds, Ivica Zubac led the Clippers with seven players who scored in double digits. After seven games, it was Zubac's sixth double-double.

For the Grizzlies, Jaren Jackson Jr. and Marcus Smart both scored 22 points. With 10 assists, Ja Morant scored 19 points. After serving a 25-game ban to start the season, Morant has averaged 26.8 points in five games. For the most of the game, the Clippers held the lead. They led 96-75 after Daniel Theis's dunk 30 seconds into the fourth quarter, but Memphis started to mount a comeback. Over the course of four minutes, Memphis opened a 22-9 run with 12 straight points. The Grizzlies were within 105-97 thanks to Smart's 3-pointer with 6:03 left, but the Clippers extended their lead.
