Dallas Mavericks made a great comeback after running behind, with the help of Luka Doncic to lead the team to a win over the Los Angeles Lakers by 108-93 on Saturday. Dallas made a recovery after trailing behind by 17 points in the first half and Doncic got to work in the second half. Lakers’ defense was no joke to get around and they did convert six turnovers out of the 22-year-old but Doncic shot more offensively as well and Lakers lost their 12 points lead to be 79-79 at the end of the third quarter.
Next, all Dallas needed was to extend their lead over Lakers and they did just, ultimately Doncic had 18 points 13 assists and 8 rebounds, and Dwight Powell scored 25 points and 9 rebounds shooting 11-of-12 from the floor and Dorian Finney-Smith had 21 points and 7 rebounds as well. Anthony Davis on the other hand finished with 17 points, 3 assists, and 3 rebounds and is getting back in form.
