Riot continues to make changes and add stuff to the stellar Arena mode

Riot Games is enhancing the Arena formula with new gameplay systems, Augments, and items. Patches 14.14 and 14.15 will introduce numerous additions and significant buffs and nerfs. Announced on June 8 by Riot lead gameplay designer Matt “Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison on X (formerly Twitter), Patch 14.14 includes adjustments to champions and items, with notable Augments like Phenomenal Evil and Urf’s Champion receiving buffs, while Duskblade and Prowler’s are nerfed. Champions like Garen, Naafiri, Pyke, Zed, and Master Yi will also see nerfs due to their dominance in Arena.

Patch 14.15, teased by Riot Rogue Fool and Riot Twin Enso, will introduce new Augments, including Fire Sale, Ultimate Roulette, and Fruits of your Labor, with more to be revealed before the July 31 launch. Riot's continuous efforts aim to potentially make Arena a permanent mode alongside the staple five-vs-five Summoner’s Rift, with only ARAM having maintained its place among alternate game modes.
