Last week, the contract of Andre Drummond was bought by the Cleveland Cavaliers and on Sunday, the All-Star center Andre Drummond has signed with the Los Angeles Lakers. The general manager of Lakers Rob Pelinka gave a statement on Sunday saying that Andre Drummond gives the team powerful and crucial skills on both ends of the court. He also adds that the team is very fortunate to have a player of his caliber and magnitude at this stage of the journey to fight for the NBA title.
The terms of the dealing are not disclosed by the Lakers. The 27-year-old Drummond had an average per game of 17.5 points, 13.5 rebounds, and 2.6 assists in his 25 appearances made this season for the Cleveland Cavaliers. He is also the 4-time NBA rebounding champion.
