New York Knicks overcame an undefeated Chicago Bulls in the recent match to win the match and clinch the top stop in the Eastern Conference. With the win Knicks are 4-1 so far in the season.
The team put on an excellent defensive display, they held off the Bulls’ offensive firepower who were before meeting Knicks 4-0 in the current season. Bulls had so far not faced such a rigid defense, Knicks are already in the top-5 in defensive field goal percentage. LaVine, DeRozan, and Ball were all left frustrated at the end who combined together to shoot 16/43 from the field — 37%. Knicks have improved on both sides of the court this season and the team would put up a fight for the title if their form stays the same.
