The NBA offseason was ignited by the blockbuster Beal deal on June 26, and the team persisted in trying to restructure its squad around a very pricey nucleus. Eight players have been added to Phoenix's 2023 free agent class: guards Damion Lee and Josh Okogie, who the Suns re-signed, veteran point guard Eric Gordon, bench big Drew Eubanks, centre Yuta Watanabe, 3-and-D forward Keita Bates-Diop, another bench big in Chimezie Metu and forward Bol.
