Rajon Rondo returns to the Laker’s lineup this offseason

Rajon Rondo has finalized a deal with Los Angeles Lakers and both parties are expected to sign an official contract soon as well. Rondo is the fifth Lakers to return to the multiple-time champions franchise this offseason. Rondo is priced at $2.6M after he agreed to a buyout with the Grizzlies. After winning the 2019-20 season, Lakers had high hopes from the last season but unfortunately, they suffered an early playoff exit and could not defend their title.

This offseason they have been busy building the roster adding more veterans to the lineup. The champions have already added the likes of Carmelo Anthony, Dwight Howard, Trevor Ariza, Kent Bazemore, Wayne Ellington, Kendrick Nunn, Malik Monk, and Russell Westbrook this offseason and now Rondo returns to the squad as well. Lakers are going all out this offseason.
