Another young star might be headed stateside

The League of Legends squad for 100 Thieves has had a busy offseason after losing its legendary mid laner and seasoned leader Bjergsen to retirement. The organisation has been frantically trying to fill a major gap in the middle of the roster, and as of April 26 reports link them to the LCK with one of its promising possibilities. Esports writer Alejandro Gomis claims that 100T and Lim "Quid" Hyeon-seung of Gen.G Academy have verbally agreed to a deal.

The 18-year-old would be playing in a new league among some of the most seasoned LCS players, marking his first time in a major League area. Quid joined Gen.G's development system in 2020 and has since alternated between the Challenger and Academy teams of the company. Along with Peyz, a budding LCK superstar who just received the MVP prize, he has also battled against Gen.G's AD carry.
