Cloud9 might be making some moves to improve its roster

According to a report the squad has verbally agreed to terms with German mid-laner Dimitri "Diplex" Ponomarev and former Gen.G Academy mid-laner Jang "EMENES" Min-soo. According to the rumour, the former will take over as the team's new starter for the LCS roster, while the latter will represent the Academy squad.

Diplex, a 19-year-old talent, only began his professional career with OP Innogy in the Prime League three years ago. He was acquired by Team Vitality to serve as the starting mid-laner for their Academy roster after less than a year with the group. Except for a few top-three finishes during the regular season of the LFL, his one-year association with the company hasn't been particularly productive. Jensen, the team's current mid-laner, would no longer be in the starting lineup if C9 decided to press forward with these new acquisitions.
