EDG work towards second place finish by edging past Team We in LPL

Last week of the 2021 LPL Spring Split still remains buzzing with activity, Edward Gaming recently swept Team WE in the regular season with a 2-0 convincing win over the other. The team put an end to WE’s six-series win streak and improved their standing to 12-3 in the series and stand a chance to finish second in the season. EDG took an early lead in the game with Jungler Jiejie and his work on Hecarim and Udyr and had an 86.7-percent kill participation rate that earned him an MVP vote as well, while Flandre took control of the top lane over Breathe.

But a hiccup in between led WE to hope for a comeback and instilled a new life and force a win but EGD was determined to close the series early. EDG would face Rare Atom next.
