EDward Gaming are through to Worlds 2021 Final

LPL’s EDward Gaming made the region stand tall after they secured a close 3-2 win over Gen.G and have advanced to the tournament’s grand final. While Gen.G looked in complete control in the first half of the series but EDG changed the momentum in the latter matches with a great performance by Scout on Orianna, Ryze, and Zoe which kept Gen.G’s red-hot mid laner Bdd in line.

Scout ended the match with 25/6/24 across the five games with 18 kills and one death in the last two games to have a KDA of 32.0. This makes it the fourth back-to-back year when an LPL representative will fight for the Summoner’s Cup but for EDG this is their first International final in six years. EDward Gaming would take on DWG KIA on Saturday, Nov. 6.
