FlyQuest exposed the flaws of defending champions, 100 Thieves on the third day of the LCS Lock-In tournament. 100T’s perfect start to the weekend ended as FlyQuest stayed in control and overcame their losses earlier this weekend. FlyQuest denied 100T any opportunity to force a comeback and found a convincing win.
The new FlyQuest roster, with a combination of rookie and veteran LCS, enjoyed a strong gold lead and got their hands on objectives early. 100T had handed starting Tenacity his debut on the LCS stage in the top lane while Ssumday was rested, he dominated the laning phase at first then lost to Kumo in the later stage. FlyQuest would take on Dignitas next and 100 Thieves have a chance at redemption with Cloud9 battle next on their schedule.
