Gambit Esports announced its LOL shut-down

One of the most celebrated European organizations, Gambit Esports, announced the shutting down of its League of Legends division immediately. The team represented Europe at the World Championship season 3. They went competing in Europe for three years and sold their EU LCS spot to Team Vitality in 2016 and after that, the organization was renamed Gambit Esports.

Gambit Esports has competed in the League of Legends Continental League (LCL) since the Summer Split of 2016 and won three domestic titles and has represented the region twice at World Championships and once in the Mid-Season Invitational. The organization Gambit Esports has not yet confirmed why it is departing from the League and is simply leaving by saying that unfortunately, this is the end of the exciting journey. The organization now has its active rosters in CS GO, Dota 2, Fortnite, etc.
