Jensen broke records by qualifying for Worlds for the eighth time

The 27-year-old will also tie the record for the most Worlds appearances—consecutive or not—when he hits the stage in the 2022 World Championship. Doublelift, a former colleague of his from Team Liquid, has also made eight appearances at the competition. At the age of 20, the Dane made his Worlds debut with Cloud9 as "Incarnati0n" back in 2015.

He had replaced Hai, the previous face of the company, as the team's new mid-laner. From 2016 to 2018 with the org, he qualified for Worlds, and then from 2019 through 2021 with Team Liquid, and he did it three times in a row. During that time, he won the first of his two LCS championships and qualified for the 2019 MSI Finals. This year's accomplishment is a little more noteworthy because Jensen didn't even play for a team during the Spring Split.
