Jojo will be missing from EG's lineup for the first time since 2021

Jojopyun won't take the field against CLG in the team's week seven game, EG declared today. Journeyman mid laner Ryoma, who won't have played in an LCS regular season game since 2021, will take his position. EG will fill in for him. On the other hand, this will be the first game that EG has played since that same season sans Jojopyun. Jojopyun performed remotely rather than being there on the LCS stage. He wasn't at the arena because of a sickness, according to information from the previous LCS show.

Given that both teams have four games remaining in the Spring Split calendar and that both teams are in playoff position, EG and CLG are significant for both teams. A balance will be required for CLG, who have a 7-7 record and are coming off a difficult loss to Dignitas.
