LGD secured a vital win in 2022 LPL Spring Split

LGD Gaming got their hands on the first win of the season in the 2022 LPL Spring Split as well as they extend OMG’s losing streak to 3-0. Before the series LGD was favorable to win, even their drafting strategy was solid with Corki and Jinx, who have been the most picked champions in the 2022 season globally. OMG tried to snap their losing streak and get their hands on an early lead but they were powerless against LGD. OMG jungler Aki did strike first against LGD jungler shad0w and LGD answered by grabbing the first win.

In game two LGD banned Corki, forcing OMG to pick Jinx and maintained a gold lead and took the fight to LGD, and forced a game three. In the last match at the 35-minute mark, things started to fall in LGD’s favor despite OMG’s 2,000 gold lead and three dragons. LGD stole the last game and posted their first win of the season.
