LPL Spring Split playoffs: Top Esports swept past V5

Top Esports are making their way to the grand finals of the 2022 LPL Spring Split. LPL’s fifth-seeded Top Esports pulled off a reverse sweep against the No. 1 seeded Victory Five to move to the semi-finals stage. Only four teams stay in the running for the Mid-Season Invitational berth this season.

In the first match, Victory Five jungler Karsa on his Hecarim pick led the side and helped both mid laner Rookie and AD carry Photic gather leads on their Orianna and Jinx the team went on to grab three dragons, a Baron, and a 12,000 gold lead to get the first win in their favor. In the second game V5 went up in the series by 2-0 but the third game proved to be a turning point for Top Esports who took charge and set up a game three between the two, Top Esports stayed relentless in the other two matches to shift the series in their favor and move to the next round by 3-2.
