T1 and Cuzz part ways

T1’s Moon “Cuzz” Woo-chan has decided to depart from the roster and enter free agency this offseason as the club heads towards a major roster overhaul. Cuzz has been part of the T1 roster since 2019 when he moved away from DRX and started playing for T1 as the jungler.

With the 22-year-old in the squad T1 won the 2020 Spring LCK Championship but after a dip in form in 2021 as well as the tough competition among the 10-man roster Cuzz was not a permanent feature in the squad. 2021 Summer and Spring split combined Cuzz competed in just 36 matches and did not feature at all in the Summer Playoffs or Worlds run. The jungler was replaced by Moon “Oner” Hyeon-joon instead, now T1 has decided to lighten their salary load and drop a lot of players from the squad as Cuzz joins the others on the bench.
