Team Liquid’s mid laner Jensen might step down next season

As per the reports, Team Liquid mid laner Jensen would be stepping down from the role next season. The League of Legends team has expressed interest in signing former TSM player and head coach Bjergsen who would be coming out of retirement this season.

The two-time LCS champion might not retire just yet but is unsure whether he would be part of the starting roster in 2022. Jensen has been part of Liquid’s roster and helped the team win multiple LCS titles and bag many Worlds appearances with the team enough to earn a three-year contract extension in 2020 worth $4.2 million. The 26-year-old has notched up 1,000 kills throughout his career to be one of the standout players in North America but with Bjergsen’s reemergence, Jensen would most probably be warming the bench next season.
