Juventus close in on Zirkzee after United shift stance

Joshua Zirkzee is edging nearer to a move to Juventus after Manchester United softened their stance on his departure. According to Sky Sport, the Premier League club, previously insistent on a permanent sale, are now willing to consider a loan, allowing the Bianconeri to accelerate negotiations. Juventus have maintained constant contact with the Dutch forward’s representatives, and Zirkzee is reportedly enthusiastic about returning to Italy following his successful spell at Bologna.

The two clubs are still discussing the structure of the deal, weighing whether to include an option or a mandatory obligation to buy, but the transfer has entered its decisive phase. Zirkzee’s arrival would complement the signing of Randal Kolo Muani and complete Luciano Spalletti’s attacking overhaul. His addition would also end Juventus’ interest in Parma striker Mateo Pellegrino, with the former Bologna standout now established as the club’s absolute priority ahead of the new campaign.
