Kalvin Phillips is willing to move on loan to West Ham in order to put an end to his ordeal at Manchester City.
The 28-year-old Phillips, who fears for his England spot this summer, is anxious to get more playing time. This season, the former Leeds United midfielder has not started a single Premier League match for City, as manager Pep Guardiola has chosen a number of other alternatives over the £45 million acquisition. David Moyes, the manager of West Ham, has been keeping an eye on the player's circumstances, and it is believed that the Irons are getting close to signing a loan agreement that will allow them to remain permanently. However, the Daily Mail reports that Italian powerhouse Juventus, who were considering acquiring Phillips early this month, are considering a last-minute move that would put a wrench in things.
