Manchester City is through to Last 16 stage 

Pep Guardiola's defending champions have breezed into the knockout round with a flawless record, with a 3-0 win against Young Boys making it four wins out of four in Group G. Erling Haaland added to his brace in Bern two weeks ago with two goals against the Swiss, starting the scoring from the penalty spot midway through the first half. Phil Foden scored in first-half stoppage time, and Haaland scored again just after the break for his 15th goal of the season.

Young Boys were reduced to 10 men after Sandro Lauper was sent off, and City won their 10th consecutive home game in the tournament. Leipzig joined City in advancing from Group G with a 2-1 victory over Red Star Belgrade. Xavi Simons gave the German side an early lead with a beautiful strike into the far corner, and Lois Openda made it 2-0 in Belgrade in the rain with his 10th goal of the season.
