Dallas Mavericks took down New Orleans Pelicans with 125-107 and improved their record with 41-29 and have almost secured a place in the playoffs while avoiding the play-in stage. Luka Doncic helped the team by scoring 33 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists. Kristaps Porzingis joined the team as well and scored 19 points as well. Pelicans were missing their star players as well against Mavs and had to depend on the B team instead.
Pelicans stayed close in the first quarter with 32-30, 2 points in the deficit. By halftime, Mavs pulled off a big second quarter and led by 77-58. Pelicans were without Zion Williamson, Lonzo Ball, Steven Adams, and Brandon Ingram. Mavs would now host Raptors next Friday.
