Embiid helped 76ers past Raptors despite Boucher’s efforts

Philadelphia 76ers centre Joel Embiid finished with 36 points and added 11 rebounds in the 114-109 triumph over Raptors. The undermanned squad then saw Chris Boucher give Embiid a hard time on the floor as he went on to score season-high 28 points, 19 rebounds in the loss.

Even Pascal Siakam had a big night coming back after two weeks, he fired 28 points on the board but saw his efforts go to waste with Embiid and Tobias Harris running the show. Philadelphia improved their record to 18-16 while Toronto who was missing many key players were reduced to 14-17. Sixers dominated the show for the most part of the match but pulled away with a double-digit lead in the last quarter and pushed for a win.
