A huge win for Houston Rockets as they sign on center DeMarcus Cousins for a one year deal. The All-NBA center was plagued by injuries and played a total of 78 games across three seasons. Cousins might not play for the start of the season but Rockets are pleased nonetheless since the player adds a dimension to the team which they have lacked for years.
Achilles and an ACL injury have cost him dearly. The 6 feet 10 player would be a menace against opposition and will overpower other centers easily. Cousins still holds the chance to get back to the All-Star level but even if he cant Rockets will be able to make good use of him. Rockets are working hard to fill their center position by bringing on Cousins as well as Christian Wood.
