PaiN have been the biggest surprise in top-tier competition

Brazilians are now easily Brazil's second-best team, much ahead of recent rivals like 00NATION, Imperial, and MIBR. This is because to strong showings in top-tier competitions and several impressive victories over teams with better rankings. paiN is prepared to continue their development and contend with FURIA as Brazil's top side with the help of a driven IGL and a pair of up-and-coming stars, but their goals are much greater.

Wesley "hardzao" Lopes, Rodrigo "biguzera" Bittencourt  and Gabriel "NEKIZ" Schenato make up paiN's core. Bittencourt has been together since December 2019 with a little break when NEKIZ went to spend the summer at O PLANO in 2022. During their early years together, success was difficult to come by.  They played in North American regional tournaments and won sporadic Cash Cups and other minor online competitions during the whole year of 2020 while remaining below the top 50 in the international rankings.
