LPL Spring Split playoffs schedule delayed

The LPL Spring Split playoffs have been delayed till the 12th of April and would end just three weeks prior to MSI 2022. The league issued a statement that because of the Covid situation keeping the heath of the players in mind the playoffs have been postponed and would be played offline.

The playoffs were earlier scheduled to start on March 29 and wind up on April 8 but the lockdown in Shanghai has changed things for the region, Victory Five, Top Esports, Royal Never Give Up, and JD Gaming would complete for a chance to take part in Mid-Season Invitational 2022. A total of six series would be held which would reveal the true winner with a best-of-five series.
