Rare Atom defeated RNG in a 2-0 clean sweep

Royal Never Give Up faced an embarrassing defeat at the hands of Rare Atom in the 2022 LPL Spring Split. Before coming into the match RNG stood tall with 7-2 standing and was highly motivated after handing LNG Esports their first loss of the season. But the competitive nature of LPL saw them fifth in the standing and they desperately needed a win against Rare Atom to stir trouble at the top of the table.

Rare Atom on the other hand had only posted 3 wins, but taking down RNG in a dominant 2-0 fashion could very well mean the team’s winning streak is the real deal and they could very well be called the underdogs of LPL if they continue climbing the table.
