Veteran forward Jeff Green stays put with Denver Nuggets for the 2022-23 season by practicing the $4.5 million player choice in his agreement. The 35-year-old is set to enter his fifteenth NBA season one year from now.
In his rich career the player has played for Memphis Grizzlies, Los Angeles Clippers Orlando Magic, Cleveland Cavaliers, Washington Wizards, Utah Jazz, Houston Rockets, and Brooklyn Nets before he found a home with Denver. During his most memorable season with the Nuggets, Green began 63 regualr season games and arrived at an average of 10.3 points and 3.1 rebounds. Last week, the Nuggets exchanged forward JaMychal Green to the Oklahoma City Thunder, making the maintenance of Jeff Green a significant piece of the offseason.
