Paul "sOAZ" Boyer, a former top laner for Fnatic, has joined Counter Logic Gaming as a positional coach. The club has unveiled its complete League staff for the upcoming 2023 LCS Spring Split.
He will be joining a small group of other former professional athletes who are preparing to serve as positional coaches for the team's LCS lineup, including former Immortals AD carry Apollo and former CLG mid laner Damonte. Mash, a former FlyQuest shooter, will improve the team's Challenger roster by serving as a tactical coach for the year. The 28-year-old will be making his coaching debut, but he has experience working with LDLC OL and Mirage Elyandra in the LFL. He briefly returned to professional play when he joined WAVE Esports in the PRM, but he is more recognized for his lengthy tenure with Fnatic in the LEC, one of the most well-known teams in the world.
